The Dato' Jaafar Muhammad Building has undergone a thoughtful transformation, breathing new life into its ageing interior while preserving its dignity and architectural presence. At the main lobby, we reimagined the once dark and dated timber finishes with a fresh, contemporary approach. Glossy, light-colored panels now wrap the space, complemented by bronze strips that introduce elegance and visual contrast to the existing marble flooring resulting in a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.

For the waiting area, we introduced warm wooden textures paired with sleek bronze-framed elements. The soft carpet underfoot enhances comfort and contrasts beautifully with the metallic accents, creating a harmonious and inviting space.

The Exco Meeting Room is now defined by modern sophistication clean light panels, marble-textured meeting tables, and plush carpeting come together to form a professional yet refined environment, ideal for high-level discussions.

Lastly, the Exco Waiting Area continues with the same design language with light-toned wall paneling and bronze detailing. A combination of bronze-framed glass dividers and metal structures adds a subtle sense of privacy while maintaining openness and spatial flow. This interior upgrade delivers a timeless aesthetic that honors the building’s stature while elevating its interior into a more contemporary, functional, and prestigious environment.
